Can burned carpet be repaired?
Yes — burns are one of the standard repairs here. The scorched section is cut out and a donor piece is blended in, the same craft as any patch.
Is my job too small to bother you with?
No such thing. A 2016 reviewer with one hole called Ace "the easiest repair people I have ever worked with" — in and out in around 30 minutes.
Will the patch actually match my carpet?
The donor piece comes from your own carpet — a closet, a remnant — so fiber and color match. Pile direction gets aligned when it's seamed in. Heavy sun-fade is the one thing that can telegraph, and Gerry will flag it before starting.
What does a carpet patch cost?
